Congratulations Ashley and Casey! I hope you two have a great life together.
Ashley and Casey had a beautiful small wedding. Their ceremony took place at the Marina Grand Resort in New Buffalo overlooking the marina. The sun was out and the view was amazing. The whole day was about love, family and having a great time.
Congratulations Ashley and Casey! I hope you two have a great life together.

Tillie and Nathan traveled all the way from Washington state to hold their wedding in a more central location for all their guests. People traveled from states away to see these two love birds tie the knot. The whole beautiful day took place at the amazing Boatwerks in Holland, MI. The ceremony took place on the back patio and the reception took place inside. The whole event was right next to Lake Macatawa and you could have not asked for a more beautiful day. This was one of the funnest weddings I have been to in a while. Tillie and Nathan really knew how to entertain their guests.
Congratulations you two! I wish you all the best in your new life together as husband and wife! I first met Lossie and Shawn when I did their engagements photos last year. They were so happy and in love then and that has only gotten stronger since. They are both so much fun to hang around. It is easy to see why they were drawn to each other. They held their reception at Haven Reformed Church in Hamilton and then proceed to continue the celebration at the beautiful Doubletree hotel in Holland.
Congratulations Lossie and Shawn!!! I have been friends with Kristi and David since High School. I have been following their love story for the past two years now, starting with their wedding. This year marks their 2nd anniversary. Kristi and David are one of the cutest couples I know. It is always so much fun to hang out and photograph them. This year they came down to Holland and we all wonder around Centennial Park for a bit. After that I followed them as they got ice cream at Kilwins, a local fudge and ice cream store. You can't ask for much better on a hot summer day like that.
Lets all congratulate this two and wish them all the luck in the years to come. <3 I had the joy of doing Emily and Michael's engagement photos and I could not wait to see them tie the knot. They decided to hold both their ceremony and reception at the beautiful Wabasis Lake Park. Mother nature really looked like she wanted to rain out their wedding but right before the ceremony was suppose to begin the rain stopped and the sun came out. Everyone might of had to walk through a few puddles but the ceremony turned out beautiful.
For the reception, Emily and Michael decided to keep the nature theme going and brought the woods inside. Every center piece was different, made up with golden animals, moss table numbers, old books, beautiful bouquets and candles. It really looked like an enchanted forest. The entire day was just full of joy, laughter and love. Everyone that came out had a great time celebrating these two. Congratulations Emily and Michael! Alisha and Ernest's journey to this day all started on a small bridge at night that held a single rose and an eager guy holding a ring. For their wedding they decided to go with the same Beauty and the Beast theme. Each table was scattered with old books, tea cups, roses and a candelabra. It was the perfect modern fairy tale wedding. Alisha even had the perfect princess dress to match.
This day was nothing but joy and laughs. I have had a great time getting to know Alisha and Ernest ever since I did their engagement photos last year. They really are perfect for each other. I wish you two all the joy and happiness in your new life together. Congratulations again! Stephanie and Branden finally got to say their "I do's" to each other on April 30th this year. This really was a day of celebration for the both of them. Branden and Stephanie shared their vows at Calvin Christian Reformed Church. To start the celebration off, the whole wedding party got into a trolley and traveled around downtown Muskegon. One of their stops was one of Stephanie's and Branden's favorite dive bars, where they all cheered to the newlyweds.
To end the night, they held the reception at the beautiful Shoreline Inn Lake House. This is where the party really started. Once the music and dancing got going, it was hard to get everyone off the dance floor. Branden even put on a little show for the garter toss. It was a really fun time for any of their friends and family that came out. Congratulations again you two. I hope you have a beautiful life together. Danielle and Matt have been together for over 13 years! They already have two beautiful children and they can't wait to final be together as husband and wife. Matt was so excited to propose to Danielle that he just couldn't wait once he got the ring, so he ended up proposing right in their kitchen with several roses.
For their engagement shoot, they decide to head over to Spring Grove Park in Grandville. Even though it was threatening to rain all day, the sun decided to come out and make it an amazing time. I can't wait till their wedding later this year. It should be a fun and heart felt day knowing these two. The day before Zach's senior shoot Michigan decided to dump a good few inches of snow on the ground and drop the temperatures significantly. That didn't stop Zach and his family in coming out to downtown Grand Haven and getting a quick round of photos in. Zach will be graduating this year form Mona Shores. Let's wish him good luck with all his endeavors in the next couple years.
It was a beautiful winter day for Drew and Kara's wedding. The sun even decided to peak through the clouds to bring warmth and cheer to the cold season. They decided to say their I do's at Lakeview Baptist Church. Everything was on mark for this magical day. You could see the hours the families spent to transform the church and make this day perfect. Kara and Drew could not be more excited to start their new lives together.
Congratulations Kara and Drew. I hope you two have a great new life together. :) |
